The VTZ is the new engine in the Vortex range – CIK-FIA homologated – reserved for both national and international competitions in the KZ and KZ2 categories, the Shifter classes established by FIA Karting. This power unit inherits the winning features of the RTZ model (World Champion in 2021 as well as Vice World Champion in 2022) and shares some structural features, such as the 115 mm connecting rod length. Also unchanged are those peculiarities that distinguish the Vortex brand’s production processes: quality, precision machining and innovation. In particular, with regard to the latter, there are several new features introduced with the new VTZ.
